		<description>Salut. Eu iau creatina 3mg pe zi de vreo 2 luni. Se vad efecte considerabile. Aveti grija ca este o perioada de vreo 5 zile de la administrarea creatinei numita &quot;incarcarea&quot; in care va sfatuiesc sa beti multe  lichide pentru a preveni dezhidratarea.</description>
