		<description><![CDATA[Aseaza-te intre doua banci paralele, cu picioarele pe banca din fata si cu mainile intinse pe banca din spate si cu trunchiul perpendicular pe sol. Misca-ti corpul in jos indoindu-ti bratele. Incearca sa te concentrezi pe triceps. Pentru marirea intensitatii iti poti aseza o greutate pe coapse.]]></description>
