<p>Este un exercitiu de baza pentru dezvoltarea muschilor spatelui. Apucati bara cu o priza tip pronatie, cu distanta dintre maine mai larga decat distanta dintre umeri.<br />
Din pozitia atarnat la bara fixa, inspirati, ridicati-va pana ce ajungeti cu pieptul la nivelul barei, expirati, reveniti in pozitia initiala. Incercati sa mentineti spatele usor cambrat in timpul exercitiului, pieptul scos inafara si sa implicati cat mai mult spatele in miscare si cat mai putin bicepsul.</p>
