		<description><![CDATA[Din pozitia stand , cu distanta dintre picioare aproximativ egala cu distanta dintre umeri, cu 2 gantere in mana, inspirati si duceti piciorul drept spre in fata, lasand toata greutatea corpului pe el, pana atunci cand coapsa devine paralela cu solul. Faceti la fel si cu piciorul stang.]]></description>

<p>Din pozitia stand , cu distanta dintre picioare aproximativ egala cu distanta dintre umeri,  cu 2 gantere in mana, inspirati si duceti piciorul drept spre in fata, lasand toata greutatea corpului pe el, pana atunci cand coapsa devine paralela cu solul. Faceti la fel si cu piciorul stang.</p>
