Cu picioarele sprijinite pe o banca, ridicati incet trunchiul, incercand sa apropiati claviculele cat mai mult de bazin ( atentie, idee exercitiului NU este sa faceti flexia trunchiului pe coapse ! ). Reveniti incet si controlat la pozitia initiala.]]></description>
